Now, here’s the kicker — this birthday falls on Donald Trump’s birthday, and if we’re being real, he’s one of the loudest voices trying to strip Medicaid from millions of people, including me. So, rather than gifts (because let’s be real, I want to celebrate by doing something important), I’m asking for your voice and action.
Instead of wrapping something up in a bow, please call or write your elected officials to protect Medicaid — the program that ensures people like me can stay healthy, live with dignity, and keep fighting for our rights and communities. I depend on Medicaid, and I’m asking you to help protect it for everyone who needs it.

Why It Matters to Me
As a person with Cerebral Palsy, Medicaid is my safety net. It keeps me independent, healthy, and out here advocating for justice. Without it, I wouldn’t be able to thrive—and neither would many of us.
